New Year, New Blog!

I think it's time for a new blog.  Xanga has been great for the past five or six years or so, but it's getting messy, no one uses it anymore, and I decided that I don't like it.  I will continue to keep the Xanga in case anyone cares to read my top 10 favorite movies lists of the past five years.  However, it's time to move on.  Therefore, NEW BLOG!

The subject matter of this blog will be the same as my last one.  Random ramblings about anything that comes to my mind.  I hope this new cleaner look, and nicer format will be more pleasing to the eye!  I hope to blog more for you, my devoted readers (uh...all zero of you), and keep you entertained!

Top Ten Favorite Films of 2025

Happy Oscar Day! This is the first time I haven't been tracking the Oscar race.  I'm usually really good about predicting winners and I get super into it.  This is my Super Bowl after all!  But for some reason, this year, I'm kinda just sitting on the sidelines, excited to watch the show.  So I have zero predictions or expectations for the ceremony tonight! Top Ten Favorite Films of 2024

Happy Oscar Day!  For the first time, the Oscars are going to be available to stream live on Hulu, which means I can watch the Oscars in my own home instead of mooching off a friend’s or family’s TV for the first time in like ten years!  You have no idea how excited I am about this!  As I look over my top ten list, I'm seeing a theme.  The theme is "fun"!  I feel like many of the films I loved from this year was good old fashion fun!  Let's get to it 10. Top Ten Favorite Films of 2022

Happy Oscar Day!  I don't know what they're going to do to top last year's very exciting show, but I can't wait to find out!   So I made it to the theaters twice this year!  I'm slowly easing my way back into theater life, however, it's hard when so many films are available to stream now!  The industry sure is changing!  I think overall 2022 was a great year for movies.  There were outrageous movies like The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (hilarious!), cute family films like The Rise of Gru (adorable!), and socially impactful movies like Till (heartbreaking).  And of course, there are Kim's Top Ten.  Warning: possible spoilers ahead!   10.
